We were also experiencing various IT issues with our phone system, our servers were old and struggling to cope with the increasing work- loads, our files were being manually backed up and stored off-site, and we had a lot of very old Desktop PC’s that were very slow and affecting productivity.
Pro It spent time analysing our infrastructure and issues and then prepared various recommendations for an optimal configuration of our Network, Hardware and Software.
We were then give quotations and time-frames and the work was completed in a timely fashion on budget.
