I found the initial conversations and follow up extremely professional and Amrit and his team were able to answer any queries I had. We were also experiencing various IT issues with our phone system, our servers were old and struggling to cope with the increasing work- loads, our files were being manually backed up and stored off-site, and we had a lot of very old Desktop PC’s that were very slow and affecting productivity.
